FREE shipping for orders $25 and over, delivered within New Zealand. Parcels are sent via NZ Post.

Shipping to Australia - Your order will be sent by NZ Post & charged at a flat rate of $12.00, all extra costs such as customs/duty fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery time is 5-10 working days. 

International shipping - Your order will be sent by NZ Post & charged at a flat rate of $20.00, all extra costs such as customs/duty fees are the customers responsibility. Delivery time is approximately 10-15 working days. GST will automatically be taken off all overseas orders. 

We process your order within 24 hours of you placing it. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday it will be dispatched the following working day. If for any reason we are unable to ship your products to you in this time we will contact you to let you know the reason.

Each Bébé Bisous Boutique gift is carefully wrapped in tissue, enclosed in an organza gift bag or quality wrap, and bubble wrapped before shipping. Should you wish to have a premium gift box and message card used instead, simply add this option to your shipping cart and type your message exactly as you wish it to appear. (We copy and paste your text content directly onto the message card, and as such take no responsibility for errors). 

Returns Policy

All product is individually checked as part of our quality control process prior to being shipped. If however there is a manufacturing fault found with your product we will gladly replace it free of charge with same or similar item, or in the case this is not possible, with a credit or refund of the purchase price at time order was placed. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault that you are not happy with, please contact us and we’ll happily discuss this with you. If required, we will send you a postage bag free of charge for you to return the item to us for inspection. It is our desire to provide beautiful gifts at a premium quality and we treat customer satisfaction with the utmost importance.

Our replacement/refund offer is valid for 30 days from date of order shipping, and may not apply beyond this time period. We require you to contact us, and if requested return the item to us, within this time period. Item must be returned to us in the same manner it was carefully wrapped and sent out to you. 

We do not replace or refund items to cater for ‘change of mind’ situations, so please be sure you are selecting the item you want before finalizing your order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
